    Good

    Location

All in all way overpriced bordering on ridiculous for what we got! The room was comfortable but cold. When we asked the staff to rectify the matter it took a long time to get sorted out. Breakfast was satisfactory but considering the price we paid for the room it was disappointing.

    Location

Room was so small two people could not pass. The bathroom was in poor condition. The young lady on the desk when we arrived was very unhelpful. We ended up paying over $100 more than Booked.net estimate.

    Good

    Location

No lift so many stairs to climb. Bathroom in major need of repair . Toilet wobbles , bath dirty, sink broken, when u turn on the tap in the sink the bath gurgles.

    Location

Bathroom had no place to hold personal toiletries. No bath cap provided, basic essential would have been provided in even the most budget of hotels. No apology on check out for power out period during the morning and breakfast. Generally not worth the price paid for the room.

    Good

    Location

It relies on location, is not that friendly, does not really care who you are, even as a repeat customer. Not great wifi. Will be looking for another city centre location as my regular accommodation.

Friendly, clean and interesting bed and breakfast. would saty again without any doubt.

Room was very noisy. Carpets appeared dirty and room did not represent the reputation which the Stauntons restaurant had - overall a big disappointment.

    Fabulous

The location is terrific, just on St. Stephen's park. We spent time in the park, walked to dinner and the theater district. The rooms were small, but comfortable. We needed to leave early and the staff was able to provide us with a continental breakfast prior to regular breakfast. The internet was fast, free and accessible.

The hotel lobby gives off a dated feel, but the rooms have seemingly been refreshed more recently. They were quite comfortable and modern. The hotel had a lot of what I would call "internal noise." My husband and I retired early due to an early flight and we could hear every squeak of a floorboard and door from rooms around and above us. There was no street noise, but the squeaking door hinges and floorboards were really annoying! Parking was expensive and difficult, but that is to be expected in Dublin. It is really much smarter to take public transport in and out of the city to the airport.

    Very good

Good location. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Wifi and coffee maker in the room.

Could be better maintained. There were parts of the room which had not been vaccumed for a long time. The handle at the entrance to the door was cOming off and the toilet Seat needed to be tightened. Overall, the hotel needs a higher level of professional care.

    Very good

Good base for exploring city centre, but far enough away from late night revellers and night clubs.

Breakfast not really good enough. The so-called "full Irish" was disappointing - half a cold tomato and no mushrooms!

    Fabulous

Great location, very relaxed area, away from the hustle and bustle but central enough to get anywhere in Dublin quickly, very friendly staff and a great breakfast included in the price.

The room was very disappointing. I wonder was it in an overflow part of the hotel not usually used by guests. Generally the room was very tired!!
